This is what you do when your dog, wont move when you are trying to make an image of the sunlight through the trees? I would like to say I told him to pose there because his color matched the fir needles and the trees provided a nice background, but anyone who owns a lab would know I was lying.
About Jean Noren
My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible. Enjoy the photos.
