Artist's Description
On a trip through Idaho, we came across this fantastic lineup of old rusted trucks. Most were Chevys but there was an old school bus at one end. With some exceptions, the windows were broken or had bullet holes. It was a rust and truck lovers dream place. They were right along the highway and seemed to be placed in such a way to encourage visitors so I hope I was not trespassing when I took some photos. The hills and mist in the background complimented this amazing site.
About Jean Noren
My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible. Enjoy the photos.
