Description
A sturdy door found in Edinburgh castle. A typical medieval door would be made of two layers of wood oriented in opposite directions. The studs would hold them together. They would also possibly serve as defense against the door being hacked open by swords in the case of an attack. On the other hand, they may just be the type of decoration. The store was in the Edinburgh castle.
