Description
I thought this might be the builders idea of a joke on the owner, but it appears that bullseye is an old type of glass design. This was one of several panes in the writers museum in Edinburgh, Scotland. Some of the others were plain, but they all had flaws and inclusions. My personal, unproved theory is that the bullseyes were put in to divert your attention away from the poor quality of the rest of the glass.
