Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

This crab was about 6 inches across and found in about 35 feet of water. He is shy and keeps those painful pinchers handy. He is backing into the reef, ready to pinch me if I get too close. This one was out during the day, but usually they forage at night and rest in the reef during the day. He is also called a coral crab,a queen crab, or red coral crab. Its relatively common in the Caribbean, but is good to eat so has suffered in some areas. He is labeled as orange but appears more reddish purple in the shell. There is another photo with closer detail on the eyes, which are incredible.

About Jean Noren

Jean Noren

My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible. Enjoy the photos.
